Our Services
Every week we cut and sew thousands of parts that are primarily used in products specifically designed and built to enrich the lives of children all over the world. A majority of the work we do plays a vital role in the life of a special needs child. Our ability to manufacture parts to the very highest possible quality standards are critical to the safety of our customers.
Every Part Has to Be Cut
Almost every part we make starts out in a roll form. Our new state of the art CNC fabric cutting machine cuts perfectly to the parts specifications every time. Advanced features like Auto-Nesting ensures that we are able to always get the highest material usage.

Our sewing staff is the best of the best. Combined our small sewing department has well over a hundred years of experience.
Our sewing department is well stocked with top of the line walking foot flatbed machines, dedicated binders, multiple automatic bar-tacking machines, as well as computerized AMS shape-tacking machines.

Then Quality Checked.
Every part we produce has been quality checked three times at each labor step in its production process. Some of the complex items we produce have in excess of 25 separate labor steps.
And Finally Processed .
Quality by design.
All of the items that we make are constantly being tracked, measured, checked for quality, and are moving through our shop like the constant flow of a river. Before every item is packed up for shipment it has taken a journey.
